Born in Medicine Hat, Alberta in 1984, Ben McFee has been acting on stage for more than nine years. Some notable roles he has performed include Tim, the stage manager in Michael Frayn’s Noises Off, Clive, the colonial patriarch and Cathy, the four-year-old brat in Caryl Churchill’s Cloud 9, and the dual roles of Tom Brians and his psychologist in A Beautiful Hell, which McFee also wrote. He will also be the first amateur performer to play the role of Einstein in Vern Thiessen’s award winning play, Einstein’s Gift playing this fall in Lethbridge. On top of his acting, McFee is also an avid singer, and plays violin, guitar, and piano. He is currently finishing his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Lethbridge.
