First year graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts, Kat Palmer developed a love of singing at a very early age which lead her to professional voice lessons, Canterbury Arts High School, RCM exams, and many music festivals across Canada. Kat has enthusiastically taken part in a variety of diverse theatre groups including Missoula Children’s Theatre, Insight Theatre, GOYA, Ottawa School of Speech and Drama, Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet Productions, Encore! Theatre Company, Tamir and now The Gold Fever Follies. Favourite roles include Dorothy (Wizard of Oz), Maria (West Side Story), Gertrude McFuzz (Seussical), and Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady). Kat is thrilled to be here in Rossland and would like to thank everyone involved for making her first summer away from home an exciting one.
