Freya has grown up in Rossland and has always had a passion for the arts. Throughout her life she has performed in local theatre and taken dance and music lessons. Past performances include Telly in Godspell with Arts Umbrella Summer Camp, Pilar in Legally Blonde with the JL Crowe Players, and Clara in Casino Rossland with the Gold Fever Follies. Currently she is at the University of Victoria for Theatre with a focus in Applied Theatre. She watched the Follies every year growing up and is excited to be performing on the Miners Hall stage again this summer.
