Kallee Lins is currently a student at McGill University in Montreal where she studies both Political Science and Theatre Studies. These two fields are combined by her love for socio-political art, displayed in her most recent role as a personified World Bank for the production of “The Dictatorship of Debt” produced by the Social Justice Committee of Montreal. Originally from Castlegar, she grew up dancing for Turning Pointe Performance Company, allowing her to compete at the provincial level last year in modern dance. While not hitting the books, or continuing to study contemporary dance in Montreal, Kallee is involved in student journalism through writing, editing, and layout design for the McGill chapter of Journalism for Human Rights. She also acts as an executive of NDP McGill, and performs in the university’s gospel choir. This is Kallee’s second season with the Follies.
